"Let me tell you of our experiences with Nannies overall and with Santa Cruz Nannies.

 

We had a nanny every year for the past three years. We understand: they have ambitions and school has taken them away. We were sensitive to the effect that this may have on our boys...women come along, they become close, and then they up and move away...not really all that good. I mean, our boys and their nannies all spend a lot of time together so it's not like the new teacher in grade each year. We took one of our nannies to the South of France with us on vacation, but she broke up with her boyfriend and moved back to North Carolina shortly after for nursing school...not exactly what we thought was good for all parties concerned.

 

So, we decided to take the professional approach. SCN teed up excellent candidates and had the framework for a long lasting and mutually beneficial relationship. Sure, our nanny could decide to get her Masters and move to Missoula, and we would support that motion, but SCN attracts nannies who are really interested in doing this job.
