Non-Registered Client On-Call Rates
The following are the Rates paid to the service provider:

Agency Fees for an On-Call Service Provider
An agency fee of $30 is charged per booking per day for all on-call bookings. If the booking is made within 24 hours of the booking or is on a holiday an additional $10 fee will be added, totaling $40 per booking per day. A booking made within 24 hours and scheduled on a holiday will total $50. Agency on-call booking fees will not be refunded.
Overtime is defined as all time over 8 hours a day, over 40 hours a week, and/or any time a provider has to stay past the designated end time due to a client being late and not calling the provider to ask if they can stay longer.
Holidays include Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, Veteran’s Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Easter, President’s Day, New Year’s Day, and New Year’s Eve.
Overnight: For a 24 hour period the service provider’s flat rate overnight fee starts at 7:00pm and ends at 7:00am. The service provider’s hourly rate is charged for all time between 7:00am - 7:00pm.
