Amber Jones has over ten years of experience as a nanny and five years ago became a mother to a wonderful daughter. She has worked for families as a long-term nanny, through an agency for hotels, and has also been placed for on-call and short- term nanny positions. She has been a nanny for children ranging in age from newborns up to teenagers, twins, single child to four children families, and children with special needs and medical conditions. She also has experience as a family assistant, non-medical companion, house sitter, and as a pet care professional. This experience uniquely qualifies her to evaluate the experiences and qualifications of prospective candidates to ensure that you are presented with only the most qualified and competent candidates that meet your individual needs. Amber is a very organized, patient, reliable, caring, and dedicated individual. She has a very deep passion and love for helping children and families, which is why she wanted to establish SCNDS.

Michelle Turner is a mother of a six year old daughter Madelynn and a two year old son Noah. She has volunteered in several preschools and elementary schools, has worked as a caregiver in a daycare center, and has been a nanny for several different families with children ranging in age from six weeks to twelve years. In addition, Michelle has worked to meet clients needs as a customer service supervisor. Michelle has seen the need for an efficient, professional, locally owned and operated business that will meet the domestic staffing needs of our diverse community. She believes that a business that places domestic service providers in a client’s home must be run with the utmost integrity and reliability. Michelle sees the establishment of SCNDS as a furtherance of those beliefs.
